Production

At Bayside Pavilion, we take care of the essentials of your celebration, including every aspect of the audio/visual experience. Our venue boasts a state-of-the-art sound system with speakers strategically placed so that party-goers can listen to personalized music or the DJ's picks. The retractable LCD screen allows for visual displays such as still-photos or DVDs – as guests dine and mingle. Our resident sound design service, A Sound Explosion provides music and all your audio needs during the event.

No event would be complete without the furnishings. Your rental rate includes access to the tables and chairs but that’s just the basics. Our exclusive rental company Blue Water Party Rentals provids all the necessary furnishing to make your event stand out. Beautiful linens, a wide selection of plate ware and service ware and an artful array of glasses can complete any look on any budget.
